We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented medical sales representative to market our products. Below with the responsible and requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- Presenting company products to potential and existing customers.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Preparing sales reports.

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, medical office management, or related field is added advantage
- Valid driver's license & with own transport.
- Proven medical sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to Outstation
To understand system design and problem investigation, problem identification, root analysis, solution definition for 1st level support
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer support request on queries or problems on Application Support
- Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software. Diagnose problem in several areas including operating system, application server, network, database and security
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve issues
- Ensure smooth workflow processes and attainment of service level commitment
- Assisting with systems integrations
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Delivering regular and customised training to teams
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules
- Create technical guide documents
- Communicate with customer for application deployment and supports
- Communicate and work closely with the Product Team and Principal supplier on reported problems or resolution
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related medical IT field. Candidates who have 5 years or above experiences would be considered for senior position
- Candidates with hands on experience in the following are also strongly encourage to apply: JSP, ASP, MSSQL, Web Server, Technologies and e-Commerce, DICOM, HL7 standards
- Understand operating systems, Network, troubleshooting and firewall technologies
- Understand OSI layer
- Understand SFTP server - client
- Added advantage in having experience configuring web and application server
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Possess self-initiative and able to work independently and collaborative with people at various levels
- Strong communication skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers
